Online webinar
Thursday, January 19, 2012, 12:30 – 1:30pm

This webinar will review the keys for how leadership teams successfully implement and sustain organizational change and evolution. Erich Weber (B’94) will share KMC’s perspectives and observations on what works, and what happens when leadership teams lose sight of (or never see!) what it takes to lead as a team. Participants will leave with an easy-to-understand framework for evaluating their own leadership teams, and a new perspective on what it takes to adapt as their business landscape changes. A Q&A component will follow.

Erich Weber is Vice President at Kelley Management Consulting (www.kelleymanagement.com). He has an MBA from the Smith School of Business at the University of Maryland, College Park and an undergraduate business degree from Georgetown University. Erich has consulted with organizations ranging from Fortune 100 to local family-owned businesses, in the United States, Europe and Australia. While his experiences are varied, the similarity he observes across his clients is what forms his core message in this webinar. Erich can be reached at eweber@kelleymanagement.com.
