Beginning Your Career Blueprint is an interactive session for professionals in a rut looking for a change in their career, whether changing jobs or a change at their existing organization. We will show you how to finally tackle the tough question "Where do you see yourself in five to ten years?"

Consequi coaches will introduce you to the Consequi career blueprint, a framework with steps to: assess your current career, define your dreams, and build a strategy to achieve your goals. We will also be answering plenty of participant questions during the session.

You will walk away after the session with:

-An understanding of how to define your career goal by defining your passion, skills, and market
-The Consequi career blueprint framework for planning your short and long-term career path
-Specific steps to take beginning tomorrow to put your plan into action

Christine Lai (S'14) Co-Founder, Consequi
Christine is a career coach, corporate strategy manager and consultant in program management, process improvement, and communications. Her mission is to inspire and challenge professionals to become better versions of themselves. She specializes in promotions, salary negotiation, resumes, and career changes.
She earned her B.A. in China-US Relations at Cornell University and Master’s in Technology Management at Georgetown University. Christine is also a certified Project Management Professional.

Kelly Jin, Co-Founder, Consequi
Kelly is career coach and consultant, specializing in coaching for salary negotiation, interview preparation, and tackling organization dynamics. Prior to Consequi, Kelly worked for the Director of The White House Domestic Policy Council and served as an advisor in the Administrator’s office of the U.S. General Services Administration. She has previously consulted for Fortune 500 companies, federal and state agencies, and non-profit organizations, specializing in large IT transformations.  Kelly studied economics at the University of Pennsylvania.
