Acquisitions are transformative and can rapidly position your business for long-term growth. But M&A is not without risks: About 70% of acquisitions fail.  How can you ensure your success?

Before jumping into action, develop your strategy.  Don’t risk being swept away in the excitement of a deal or wandering down a path with no purpose.

In this webinar, John Dearing (MBA'96) will show you how to lay the foundations for growth. Specifically, you’ll learn how to create an acquisition strategy that is aligned with your vision and goals for the future.

This session is designed for C-suite executives, business leaders and any professional wishing to hone their skills or learn more about mergers and acquisitions.
