If you are a business leader, you’ll appreciate this webinar’s provocative, yet practice, presentation of key actions to take to retain top talent… especially women. Individuals who are top talent, or high potentials, will also learn actions they can take to enhance their careers. Set against a backdrop of the business case for talent retention, this webinar takes talent retention out of the realm of an HR initiative and places it within the domain of critical business behavior.
