Maintaining a healthy diet and exercise regimen while handling jet lag and stress is daunting, but there are strategies you can implement to prevent travel from impacting your work performance and health goals.

Janice Levitt (EML'12), Health Coach and Founder of Savor Wellness, will teach you the most important tips to stay healthy while travelling. Whether you are a road warrior who spends most of your time in other cities, or you need to make the occasional business trip, you’ll benefit from creating some new habits that will leave you healthy and energized.

Janice Levitt founded Savor Wellness after a 20-year career in international education. As the senior leader of a rapidly growing organization and frequently travelling around the world, she learned that radical self-care, healthy eating, and managing stress in a fast-paced, challenging environment is a key to success. Cultivating a mindfulness meditation practice helped her to find balance and to develop strong leadership skills. Janice earned an Executive Masters in Leadership at Georgetown. She followed her passion for healthy living to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach and launch her company, Savor Wellness.

Janice offers transformational individual and group health coaching programs, wellness workshops, and clean eating detox programs. She helps busy professionals around the world to find balance, reduce stress, increase their energy, and lose weight through making gradual food and lifestyle changes. Using mindfulness practices, she helps her clients achieve radiant health so they can follow their dreams, professionally and personally.
