How many times have you seen someone achieving success with some innovation and thought “I could have done that?” We all have big ideas. The problem is, big ideas are cheap, but execution is priceless. How do you make your idea happen? How do you get it off the drawing board and into the world? In this webinar, you will learn how to take an idea, and make it happen.

David Kaiser (B’90), PhD, delivers increased productivity, higher employee engagement and reduced conflict and turnover, for bottom-line results.
