Congratulations! You are about to become a Hoya graduate. After 4 years on the hilltop you are about to receive your degree with a bright future ahead. Now what?! If you are reading this, you are likely in the throes of a job search or at least thinking about one. To some, this might cause some confusion, angst or stress. You might be receiving conflicting advice on what you should do next. Additionally, the news about the economy might put a damper on your spirits. Here is the reality: job seeking can actually be an enjoyable process, & it is a fundamental skill that you are going to need for the rest of your career. So let’s reframe how you think about the process & get you completely ready to take that next step.

Hear from Jason Levin (MBA’06), career coach & outplacement consultant at Ready, Set, Launch, as he outlines job-seeking best practices for new graduates & answers these questions:

• What should you do if you don’t know where to begin your job search?
• How should you structure your search so that are getting interviews?
