Hear from faculty member & co-director of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program, Kate Ebner, as she shares an overview of the mentoring relationship & strategies & best practices that ensure your mentor relationships will be high quality, positive experiences. This webinar will help you to think creatively about finding & choosing a mentor who’s right for your life & career stages. We’ll discuss the nitty-gritty of mentoring, including what’s okay to discuss with a mentor, how often to meet, what to do when it’s time to move on, & what you can do to make each mentoring conversation invaluable. Participants will also gain an understanding of your role as “mentee” & how to be a superb protégé.

Kate specializes not only in how to create, live & lead from vision, but also how to make it real through effective implementation. She gained more than two decades of firsthand experience in envisioning, leading & implementing major change while serving as a dean at Middlebury College & as senior VP of an international strategy consulting firm.
