Adeline is an Executive and Team Coach with a background in international finance and management, executive search, financial strategy, fundraising and board development. Using a flexible and results-oriented approach in her coaching, Adeline focuses on linking human capital with strategic business outcomes and guiding both individual leaders and teams to realize their potential. Having lived and or worked in five countries she has particular strength in creating value in highly diverse, cross cultural environments and supporting individuals and businesses through rapid change.

After graduating from GU, she worked for Citibank in New York and Europe, ran her own consulting firm in Eastern Europe, worked in Executive Search and consulted for multiple non-profit organizations. Adeline acquired her Executive and Team Coaching Certification from the NeuroLeadership Institute.
