Feel stressed at work? Find balance, calm, and clarity with mindfulness. In this webinar, learn how simple mindfulness strategies can help you to respond instead of react, honor your voice, and act with compassion for yourself and others. At the end of our hour together, you’ll have tools to add to your “wellness toolkit” that you can start using the minute you go back to the office and in your everyday life.

Presented by Lisa A. McCrohan, MA, LICSW, RYT. Lisa is the Wellness Counselor for the Faculty and Staff Assistance Program and GU Wellness at Georgetown University. She provides individual counseling to faculty and staff and facilitates wellness workshops. As a psychotherapist, yoga and mindfulness teacher, Lisa offers a cutting-edge approach to wellness that addresses the root causes of suffering. Her specialty is fusing Western psychology with a mind-body medicine approach.
