Many new mothers find it almost impossible to imagine leaving a new baby to return to work. Others admit to missing the structures, challenges and community of the workplace. For most working mothers, the transition from high achiever to motherhood is a crucible that drives changes in how you manage yourself and others. Join faculty member & co-director of Georgetown University's Leadership Coaching program, Kate Ebner, to discover what you need to know about this crucial transition and how to set yourself up for success at home and at work. This webinar is appropriate whether you are having your first baby or your fourth. Kate will share specific strategies and tactics for making a smooth transition at work and at home, and an understanding of how to establish priorities and set – and hold – boundaries
