We’re not just wired – we’re overwired. We live and work in a virtual world, but increasingly that world is closing in on us, making us feel stressed, overwhelmed and always “on.” Rewired shatters the myth that technology equals optimization and explores how an overload and overuse of technology is damaging our brains, bodies, and personal and professional fulfillment. Participants will learn the imperatives of “unwiring” and “rewiring” and some simple, actionable strategies so they can do more with less, and become more focused, present, efficient, and fulfilled in a virtual world. A Q&A component will be included.
