What do your clients, teammates, and colleagues really need from you? Have you taken the time to really hear what it is they find meaningful? The key to success in business is to ask questions and actively listen, as listening is the single most important skill in relationship building, and business is all about relationships. To the detriment of our organizations, many do not take the time to slow down and really find out the wants and needs of the people they work with each day. Join John Keyser (C'59), Business Leadership Coach and Consultant, as he reflects on his 40 years of business experience and discusses strategies for working a communication plan with your clients, teammates, and other co-workers. You will learn techniques for slowing down your interactions with others so that you can hone your listening skills and use purposeful questions to further success in business. A Q&A component will be included.

John Keyser is a respected author, speaker, and leadership coach with more than 40 years of experience as a senior executive in the private and public sectors. He works with executives to maximize their leadership potential and create winning organizational cultures with high energy, true teamwork, and loyalty. Keyser specializes in helping executives strive for continuous improvement, using tools such as 360-degree assessments.
