Tired of feeling like most of your work week was wasted in unproductive meetings? Then join us for a webinar on mastering the art of meeting design and facilitation with Rae Ringel, executive coach and leadership trainer!

As open communication and group problem solving increasingly become a key component of healthy organizational life, the need for skilled meeting facilitators continues to grow. Meetings should be the most productive time of our day. Instead, they are often viewed as a waste of precise time. In the webinar, we will learn how to craft and implement face-to-face meetings of all sizes. Session topics include mapping stakeholders, creating objectives, setting the agenda, facilitating the experience and implementing new kinds of meeting constructs.
