The graduate admissions essay seems so simple – it is designed to be brief and based on the topic that you know the best… yourself! Yet, the graduate admissions essay remains a daunting task for all applicants. Within approximately two pages, applicants are expected to pull off the ultimate balancing act: to be concise but comprehensive, to be humble but confident, and to be interesting but straightforward.

Led by Colleen Reding (COL'10), author of Grads' Guide to Graduate Admissions Essays, this webinar will reveal the top ten tips for crafting a successful graduate school admissions essay. Whether applying to a Master of Business Administration program or to medical school, the same key elements remain essential to creating effective essays.
