About the Presenters:

Sheryl Phillips and Randy Chittum co-led the design/development of ITL’s cornerstone leadership program, the Executive Certificate in Transformational Leadership. 

Sheryl is also an executive coach and leadership consultant.  She is a frequent national and regional speaker and the author of Executive Coaching—A Leadership and Organizational Development Method, offered by IPMA-HR.

Randy has taught at the university and graduate level at Colorado State University and Georgetown, where he has taught leadership to MBA students in addition to teaching in the acclaimed Leadership Coaching Program.  He is currently co-authoring a book about the “still” leader. 

As founding director of the ITL and head of Nebo Company, Kate Ebner’s work is focused on exploring the capacities needed for effective leadership in the 21st century.  Kate works with senior leaders at companies such as Skadden Aarps, Hogan Lovells, and Booz Allen Hamilton.
