He advises global brands, startups and entrepreneurs on strategy, expansion, digital transformation, social media marketing, culture, and growth. Adam previously headed up a groundbreaking Digital Transformation/Education initiative at L’Oreal, where he led talent development and learning in the areas of digital, mobile, social media, e-commerce and retail modernization.

Prior to that, he led social and e-commerce for brands like Bausch + Lomb and Chanel, plus award-winning mobile app technology development for AKQA, one of the world’s most awarded innovation agencies.
