About the Presenter:
Janice Levitt founded Savor Wellness after a 20 year career in international education. As the senior leader of a rapidly growing organization and frequently travelling around the world, she learned that radical self-care, healthy eating, and managing stress in a fast-paced, challenging environment is a key to success. Cultivating a mindfulness meditation practice helped her to find balance and to develop strong leadership skills. Janice earned an Executive Masters in Leadership at Georgetown, and she followed her passion for healthy living to become a Certified Holistic Health Coach and launch her company, Savor Wellness. Janice offers transformational individual and group health coaching programs, wellness workshops, and clean eating detox programs. She helps busy professionals around the country to find balance, reduce stress, double their energy, lose weight, and improve digestion through making gradual food and lifestyle changes. She uses mindfulness techniques to help her clients achieve radiant health so they can follow their dreams, professionally and personally. She got her certification in nutrition and health coaching at the Institute for Integrative Nutrition.
